• Account — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Orders — recipient name, phone number, delivery address (or pickup contact), and your order history.
• Damage claims — unboxing videos you send us on WhatsApp, used only to verify the claim.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go directly to them — we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference needed to reconcile your order.

Order and account data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for images) under access controls. We keep it for as long as needed for orders, warranty-style claims and legal record-keeping.

Only what’s needed to serve you: your delivery details go to our shipping partner (RapidShyp and the courier fulfilling your order), payment data is with Razorpay, and transactional emails are delivered by our email provider. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage for convenience state like your cart and theme preference. No third-party ad trackers.

Want your account data corrected or deleted? Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63743 43719 from your registered number, or email us, and we’ll take care of it (order records we’re legally required to keep are retained).
